F&N CEO RESIGNS, SELLS STAKE; SABEY SOLE OWNER
SEATTLE (FNS) -- G. Arthur Henkens has sold his 15 percent minority interest in Frederick & Nelson to majority owner David Sabey and has resigned as president and chief executive officer of the 11-unit chain.
Sabey is now the sole owner of the store.
Henkens, who will leave his position sometime this week to "pursue other interests," will continue to serve as a consultant for several months, according to Gretchen Hanna, spokesperson for Sabey Corp., F&N's parent company.
Henkens could not be reached for comment.
