Increasing "Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business" participation in federal contracts

A little over a year ago, October 20, 2004, President George W. Bush signed Executive Order 13360, providing opportunities for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) to increase their federal contracting and subcontracting participation. The SDVOSB socio-economic group is defined in section 3(q) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S. C. 632(q)).
