Traffic congestion and a need to improve customer relations has caused a delay in a planned excursion train, pulled by a steam engine from El Reno to Fort Worth.
The congestion is rail traffic that's backed up in several Texas communities. "We felt that this wasn't the appropriate time to start having special excursion trains on these rails," said Mark Davis, a spokesman for Union Pacific Railroad. "But we will reschedule and have this excursion as soon as we possibly can."
