Recent columns revisited . . . . TATTOOS: If you want one of these, you don't stop wanting it, as a reader well knows. She is a 38-year-old nurse from Manassas who has wanted a rose tattoo above her left breast since she was 8. She has decided to take the plunge. But who can do the tattooing safely and well?
