A snapshot of the race: Five incumbents are seeking re-election -- Neva Collins, Donald Koop, Betty Wehner, Terry Whittaker and Beth Wulfeck. Seeking to return to council after a two-year absence is Robert Northcutt, who served on council from 1991 through 2002, when he chose to run mayor and was defeated.
