ESTATE agents frequently suffer from bad press.
Whether it's because (unlike the rest of us) they've been enjoying the current boom in property prices, or because they've been caught advertising a rundown old cottage in the Shires under the guise of "a delightful country home with all its original features", they are almost universally disliked by the public.
