How do you take your Web site and really make it sell? Catherine Graeber, principal analyst with Forrester Research (www.forrester.com), answered this question during a free CUES teleconference, "Designing Web Sites That Sell."
According to Graeber, financial services industry Web sites fail to sell because they don't help consumers make decisions about what products and services would be right for them.
