Douglas Keith Aument, 46, of Hollidaysburg, formerly of Rohrerstown, died April 25, 2006 at Bon-Secour Holy Spirit Hospital, Altoona. Doug went home to the Lord, surrounded by his loving family. He loved the Lord, his family, and his beagles. He was known for his generosity and sense of humor. Doug was born in Lancaster. He was the son of James M. and Nancy L. Gantz Aument. He was a graduate of Hempfield High School and M.T.A. He owned Doug's Car Care in Silver Springs and The Shipyard Cafe at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard.
