MONTREAL Roman Doroniuk, formerly a senior executive with Alliance Communications, has been named president and chief operating officer of Vancouver-based Lions Gate Entertainment Corp., a new position at the company. Frank Giustra, the investment dealer who founded Lions Gate in September 1997, remains on board as chairman and CEO of the Canuck entertainment company.
