First Martha Stewart was convicted on charges of conspiracy, obstruction of justice and making false statements to federal investigators about a December 2001 stock sale.

Now, the domestic doyenne faces another crisis: Elizabethtown resident Ken Clark says Martha's sundials are inaccurate.

"Martha Stewart's sundials don't work," Clark said. "They aren't made right."

Clark says that the gnomon - the indicator on the face of a sundial that casts a shadow to indicate the time of day -- is not placed correctly on the dials offered in the line of garden merchandise that Stewart endorses.
