The Decimal Classification Editorial Policy Committee (DCEPC) has completed review of the major intellectual work for the forthcoming (1996) Edition 21 of the Dewey Decimal Classification. The editorial staff is now compiling the index to the new edition and reconciling additions and changes made during DCEPC meetings.
Important revisions approved include schedules 560-590 (Life Sciences), 350-354 (Public Administration), 370 (Education), 296 (Judaism), and 297 (Islam).
