THE DUP and Sinn Fein were last night warned a devolution deal must be "complete and 100p c".

As all the parties gear up for 72 hours of intensive negotiations in Scotland, the Government insisted it must know by their conclusion -- on Friday 13th -- that agreement is within grasp.

But the 'deal-or-no-deal' context could still include a carefully-choreographed outworking, including a clear date for a new Assembly and power-sharing Executive to go live, which could stretch into the new year -- and a possible new election.
