Expectations are high for Leandro de Oliveira, the most recent Revolution first-round draft choice. Since 2002, the Revolution's No. 1 picks have been Taylor Twellman, Pat Noonan, Clint Dempsey (all US national team players), and Michael Parkhurst, last season's MLS Rookie of the Year. Those four all made strong impressions in their first Revolution preseason training camps. De Oliveira, though, has trained only briefly, sustaining a calf strain.
