A FAMILIAR FACE ON THE BLOCK Davio's opened the doors to its brand- spanking-new restaurant last night with a bash that drew hundreds of guests, including Mayor Thomas M. Menino, rocker Peter Wolf, and Ritzy developer Anthony Pangaro. As we recently reported, Davio's closed its popular location on Newbury Street earlier this month so it could debut a much larger restaurant at 75 Arlington St. But apparently you can't please everyone.
