RICHMOND -- RICHMOND - David L. Chantry, 79, died peacefully April 18, 2008, in Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond. In his final hours, he was surrounded by his loving wife of 56 years, Kathryn Laidlaw Chantry and all 10 of their children: David of Newtown, Pa., Stephen of Williamsburg, Va., Mark of Culpeper, Va., Mary Ellen of Arlington, Va., Kathryn Helen of Garrett Park, Md., Agatha of Broadlands, Va., Jeanette of Holly Springs, N.C., Peter of Charlotte, N.C., Sarah of Fuquay Varina, N.C, and Priscilla of Richmond, Va.
