CITY WEEKLY / BROOKLINE For months, Sunday services at United Parish in Brookline have included readings of the names of US service personnel killed in Iraq the previous week, sometimes 10 names, other times as many as 30. Last Sunday, however, as part of All Saints Day, the church unveiled a new community-created art installation that honors every single serviceman and woman killed since the beginning of the war - 3,841 of them as of late last month - all by name.
