CALGARY, Alberta - He laughed when the call came yesterday morning and he learned he wouldn't be racing in the Olympics. He laughed because he was too shocked to cry. "I won the trials -- and I'm out," US speedskater Dave Cruikshank said. "Got the raw deal."
