Montclair junior Israel Cronk has had plenty of guidance since taking up wrestling as a freshman in Virginia in 1993-94.
"I've had five coaches in my career," Cronk said Saturday at Passaic Valley after earning the Most Outstanding Wrestler award at Region 4. "And I've taken a bit [of information ] from every one of them. It's like picking grapes, taking the best ones from the bunch."
