Inmates freed to run for lives; dinghy rescues scores of residents in Mozambique

Chokwe, Mozambique -- With a giant wall of water bearing down on this town, the guards at the district jail faced a dilemma: leave the prisoners to their own devices or -- overcoming instincts honed by years of training -- set them free.
