The recent high pitched and high level campaign to curb and control adulteration of agricultural pesticides is certainly a very welcome step and nobody can differ on its objective. The aim of the anti-adulteration Campaign is certainly very noble and it is being run with a good intent and purpose. However, it is pertinent that while the Government of the Punjab is making concerted efforts to eliminate malpractices from the pesticides trade, it may also look into the genuine problems of the dealers and the pesticide companies. because the ultimate goal of ensuring fair practices in pesticides...
