Conflict, handled well, keeps work environment healthy

Having too much conflict can run companies into the ground or drive workers crazy, but a new book argues that bosses and employees also suffer if they don't have enough productive conflict.
People either try to steamroll others or avoid conflict entirely, says Lynne Eisaguirre, president of the Workplaces that Work consulting firm in Colorado and author of "The Power of a Good Fight."
