The Center for Twentieth-Century Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee has sponsored a conference entitled 'Women and Aging: Bodies, Cultures, Generations.' Age studies on women have been a growing field among artists and scholars. The conference drew its resources from scholarly papers, performance art, poetry, film and photography.
