Colombia, guerrillas to resume peace talks

Los Pozos, Colombia -- Colombia's biggest rebel group agreed Friday to resume formal peace talks with the government to end their 37-year-old war.
According to a communique read after two days of talks between President Andres Pastrana and Manuel Marulanda, leader of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, the talks are to resume Wednesday. Among items on the agenda is a ceasefire.
