Nearly every week for the past 10 years, Harold Graham has tended to Manheim's street clock, winding it to keep it running. But due to some health problems, he turned the clock key over to Elam Snavely in January. "I wanted to give something back to the community," Graham said of his 10 years as the clock winder. Snavely was familiar with winding the clock because he was Graham's backup for several years. Like Graham, he enjoys winding the clock and sees it as a way to contribute to the Manheim community.
