The Chafing Dish Society's annual Holiday Buffet at the historic Overholser Mansion is like stepping into the past.
This restored home at NW 15 Street and Hudson Avenue was built just after the turn of the century by Henry Overholser and has been lovingly restored to its original grandeur by the Oklahoma Historical Society, its present owner; the Central Oklahoma Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, the group which originally purchased the home; members of the Colonial Dames; and Historical Preservation Inc., which looks out for things in Heritage Hills.
