Charlotte S. Tuttle was detail-oriented, a person who strove to make sure that things were "done well and done right," said her daughter, Nancy Hampel of Fort Wright.
That's what made Mrs. Tuttle a good artist at Hallmark Greetings, where she designed cards more than 60 years ago.
And an adept teacher during a 15-year career in four states, including Kentucky, where she taught first grade at Williamstown Elementary School.
And an expert weaver in retirement in Colorado.
