For more than three decades, Donna K. Anderson has been engaged in the study of the music and life of Charles T. Griffes (1884-1920). There can be no doubt that her outstanding contributions have added immeasurably to a resurgence of interest in Griffes and his music and that she was most qualified to undertake this study.
