NORFOLK -- NORFOLK - Charles Franklin Francis Sr., 77, passed away April 2, 2006, in Virginia Beach.
A native of Norfolk, he was the son of the late William and Margaret Francis. He retired as manager of the Wards Corner Skating Rink. He was a U.S. Army veteran of Korea.
