There's been much talk but little action when it comes to renovating older buildings in the Huron Road-Prospect Avenue area north of the proposed Gateway complex.
However, sawdust is flying in a slow-paced renovation of the Caxton Building, the 1903-vintage structure at 812 Huron Road.
