Second-seeded Kentucky (31-4) defeated No. 10 Saint Louis, 88-61, in the second round of the South Regional yesterday. The Wildcats advanced to the Sweet 16 in St. Petersburg, Fla., and a date with sixth-seeded UCLA (24-8).
