How fitting that Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-Calif.) should take the time when "Gone With the Wind" was playing here to keep us poor citizens of the District from embarrassing ourselves with a silly law to discourage the proliferation of assault weapons in our city {Metro, Nov. 6}.
