Cao Thi Nguyen, 81, of Lancashire Hall, Manheim Township, formerly of South Vietnam, died of natural causes Thursday morning in Hospice of Lancasater County, where she had been a patient for 15 days.
She was a memeber of Phap Hoa Buddist Temple in Columbia.
Mrs. Nguyen enjoyed cooking, gardening and traveling.
