The pilgrimage continues for Canterbury Foods through their ongoing three-year rationalisation and improvement programme, following the restructuring of their business into two divisions--Food Ingredients & Pastry Products and Meat Products.
Firstly reducing the number of different products of manufacture by one third has delivered benefits throughout the supply chain without adversely affecting customer relationships or sales. This process of concentrating on core range and competencies will continue during the coming year.
