Star Micronics America, Inc., a subsidiary of Star Micronics Company Ltd., based in Shimizu, Japan, has leased 60,702 square feet at Raritan Center Business Park located at 1150 King George's Post Road in Edison, N.J.
James T. Yamauchi of Cushman & Wakefield's East Rutherford, N.J. office, and Junji Miyake of the New York office, acted as exclusive leasing agents on behalf of Star, which has established its new U.S. headquarters in Edison. Federal Storage Warehouses, Inc., a real estate holding company, owns the 153,922 square-foot, mixed-use property.
