Willaredt Oil Company, Inc., of Mattoon, Ill., has announced the sale of eight gasoline and convenience store sites to Convenience and Petroleum Marketing, LLC, of Greenville, S.C. The stores, branded Citgo, operate under the names Gasland and Gasland Food Marts. Also included are a car wash operated under the Wash Express name and a Noble Roman's Pizza Express franchise. This follows the sale of Willaredt Oil's lubricant distribution business to Central States Oil of Danville in November 2003, and Willaredt's bulk fuels division to Jackson Oil and Propane Company in December 2003.
