"What kind of wine do you serve?" Many asking that question in a bar or restaurant wind up picking from familiar and popular offerings: Blanc? Chardonnay? White zinfandel? Cabernet?
But there are hundreds of varieties, and lately Milwaukee night life crowds have been seeking to expand their palates and knowledge when it comes to wine.
