The dismantlement of the Chicago Bulls dynasty continued as the team constructed a deal that sends star forward Scottie Pippen to the Houston Rockets. News sources report that Pippen signed a five-year contract worth $67.2 million which starts at close to $11 million in the first season. Incentires in the deal could increase his pay to $82 million over the five years. After signing this deal with the Bulls, Pippen was traded to Houston for Roy Rogers and a second-round draft pick.
