WPGC-AM isn't the only local outlet for broadcast business news. In recent years there has been an explosion in the amount of locally produced and nationally syndicated business- and investment-oriented programming available over local radio, television and cable outlets, including: RADIO WAMU (88.5 FM) broadcasts a business program called "Marketplace" at 6 p.m. weekdays.
