She pranced on a makeshift bed. She gamboled down a 20-foot staircase. She smiled, flirted, shimmied and blew Miss America kisses to the masses. She did those herky-jerky, sham-dance cheerleader moves until even her cleavage glistened. Give it up for Britney Spears, pop's taut-tummied princess! She did it all on Tuesday night at Merriweather Post Pavilion. Or pretty close to all. All right, technically there was something weirdly absent from the show, given that Ms. Spears is, ultimately, a multi-platinum vocal act, and given that her pop stardom emanates from her singing. Britney didn't sing....
