Even if you're just watching the Olympics, the day is all downhill without a good morning meal
It's basic wisdom, whether you're an Olympic contender, a mom on the run or a kid facing a math test. You have to eat breakfast to be a champion. But We know that those who eat breakfast want it quick. Some have signed on to an everyday routine of grab-and-go, fast- feeding on high-fat biscuits and sausage, Croissantwiches or 500- calorie muffins. The rest righteously rely on low-fat yogurt, smoothies or vitamin-packed cereals with skim milk - breakfast to be endured rather than enjoyed.
