Return to basics yields top effort
COLUMBUS - Cindy Kohlberg can't remember a worse tournament performance, but she couldn't have imagined a better outcome.
Kohlberg turned a disastrous city Queens Tournament into her best state Queens performance as the Huber Heights woman placed sixth in the finals at Eastland Lanes on Jan. 11. She was the top local finisher at the 18th annual Ohio Women's Bowling Association Queens Tournament.
