Northern 1, Leonardtown 0 Northern senior right wing Angela Cranford caught a bounce off teammate Angela Cox's shot in the 3A South Region championship Thursday and hit the winning goal in a 1-0 victory over Leonardtown. It was a bounce the Patriots will savor for some time, at least through the weekend. They will be back on the field at 12:30 tomorrow afternoon to face Mount Hebron, winner of the 3A North Region, at Goucher College in the state semifinals.
