NEW RELEASES: "The James Bond Collection: Vol. 6" (MGM Home Video, $134.96 set, $27 each, DVD) Although "From Russia With Love" (1963) is 37 years old, it remains the best of the Bonds. Composer John Barry's score invigorates the series and, while humor is a crucial element, Ian Fleming's superspy hadn't yet reached the stage of self- parody. Look for the fight between Lotte Lenya, with more than a twinkle in her toes, and Connery's Bond.
