TWEEDY TIME: Seven months after abruptly exiting Sean John, Jeffrey Tweedy resurfaced two weeks ago as the new president of Beyonce "Bootylicious" Knowles' House of Dereon line, licensed to Tarrant Apparel Group and debuting in stores this November.
