Douglas B. and Robert D. Benwell, with an address in Huntington Beach, Calif., have purchased the Kennedy Place Apartments at 1010 N. Kennedy in Edmond for $825,000. Sunnylane Realty Co. of Mustang was the seller of the 60-unit apartment complex. There are one- and two-bedroom apartments and one three-bedroom apartment. Rental rates range from $290 to $440.
