Bell Atlantic has won approval from the FCC to roll out the nation's first commercial video dialtone service and has lined up seven video information providers for the Dover Township, N.J., service. The information providers include Rainbow Programming, which has won 192 channels, and FutureVision of America Corp., which has won 96 channels.
