Belittled APRIL 16th marks the 100th anniversary of the birth of Charlie Chaplin, and the centenary industry is already under way. A comprehensive new book ("Remembering Charlie", by Jerry Epstein) has just been published; there is a season of Chaplin's films at London's National Film Theatre throughout April; and an exhibition called "The Worlds of Charlie Chaplin" holds sway at the Museum of the Moving Image until August 30th.
