Dallas, TX-based Bedrock Partners plans to develop midmarket metropolitan properties and resell them at attractive prices. The company will choose underperforming hospitality-related assets having an excellent market location, economic viability and conversion potential. Such properties must also have between 120 and 225 guest rooms. Bedrock will renovate the acquired properties for six months. In some cases, it will refigure public spaces and reconstruct guestrooms.
