Woman's gift allows Presbyterian to add works of art to hospital spaces In life, Margaret Erickson went out of her way to make life more livable, even for people she didn't know. So it's not surprising that she would do the same in death. Erickson, who died in 2000, bequeathed $400,000 to the Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation to improve the experience of Presbyterian hospital patients, their families and those who are treated at Presbyterian clinics.
