Gerald B. Bates, Sr. of Cazenovia, NY, passed over on February 20, 2006. He was born January 26, 1914 in Worthington, MA, the youngest and last surviving of eight children of Frank and Mary Bates of Greenfield, MA. Gerry had a long wonderful life, surviving three wives and was loved by everyone who crossed his path.
